The Opportunity

Our client is a leader in metal products manufacturing who has hired us to seek out a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Reading, PA location.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for leading large scale capital equipment improvements to facilitate process and product improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

Leading a Continuous Improvement team

Leading Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing activities

Overseeing Continuous Improvement training

Measuring, quantifying and reporting cost savings

Qualifications include:

BS Degree in Engineering

6+ years of Continuous Improvement Management experience

Experience with managing highly technical industrial expansions

Six Sigma Black Belt certification
