The ANF Coordinator is a member of our consulting team and acts as a liaison between the client and health care professionals to coordinate contracts, payments and logisticsfor consulting activities. The ideal candidate willbe highly organized, detailed oriented, communicate effectively both written and verbally and prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
This is a remote-based position located in the United States.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Populate health care professional contract templates with speaker information, ANF details, and FMV rates.
· Route contracts for signature via DocuSign; copying the client operations point of contact.
· Follow-up with signatories.
· Archive executed contracts within portal.
· Manage travel for health care professionals, as required.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records for all activities including logistical and financial details.
· Utilize database for initiating and tracking progress of each activity.
· Receive invoices for health care professionals and process payments in a timely manner.
· Program closeout/reconciliation: Proactively complete post program paperwork through follow-up, research and data entry of post program requirements.
· Provide status updates and reports to activity owners.
· Attend weekly status calls.
· Provide superior customer service.
· Perform other tasks as requested by management.

· Microsoft Office/Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge/Chrome
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively
