POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Contract Administrator will manage proposal activities, as well as provide contract operations support. The Contract Administrator reports directly to the Director of Proposals and Contracts, acting as a liaison to and working closely on a day-to-day basis with the Commercial Team, Operations and Finance. The Contracts Administrator will draft various agreements, including but not limited to Master Services and Consulting Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Proposals, Statement of Works and Amendments.


This position is responsible for all aspects of contracts, from the business development phase through contract closeout, delivering strong customer satisfaction, subcontracting management, and risk mitigation.


WORK LOCATION:


The position is eligible for remote work based on company requirements.


JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts and review of all bid packages for accuracy and completeness prior to delivery to clients.
  • Assist with the review and negotiation of contractual details while maintaining compliance, including specifications, price, delivery date and contractual provisions.
  • Facilitate negotiation and preparation of client contracts, and related documents.
  • Review contracts for completeness and accuracy and ensures that corrections are appropriately made and documented.
  • Anticipate risk/benefit issues and troubleshoots to resolve any concerns.
  • Perform follow-up on all outstanding contract issues.
  • Provide functional guidance and keeps internal and external teams aware of all contract statuses or pending issues.
  • Maintain and track agreements, contracts, and POs in support of contract administration activities.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • 3-5 or more years’ experience in contract administration or related experience.

Technical Experience:

  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of contract negotiation and contract administration process.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, DocuSign and MS Office required. NetSuite experience a plus.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented.
  • Positive, personable and reliable team player.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume, collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to meet deadlines.
