Contract Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Contract Analyst / Strategic Sourcing Specialists to join our client's team. This client has recently undergone several mergers and acquisitions and needs additional help with the integration of many vendor applications. These resources will be responsible for MTA contracts and transitioning vendor agreements to the client's domain. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in supply chain management, technical sourcing, and contract disposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Disposition Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the disposition of existing contracts, ensuring a smooth transition to Trinity paper.
• Contract Management: Review, analyze, and manage a large volume of contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain activities related to the transition, including the management of technical sourcing and application renewals.
• Technical Sourcing: Identify and evaluate technical sourcing needs to ensure the successful integration of MTA contracts with Trinity paper.
• Application Renewals: Manage the renewal process for applications, ensuring that all contracts are up-to-date and meet organizational standards.
• Paper Specifications: Understand and document the types of paper currently in use, ensuring a seamless transition to the specified Trinity paper.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, legal, and operations, to ensure all contract-related activities are effectively communicated and managed.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of contract statuses, sourcing activities, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in contract analysis, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical sourcing, application renewals, and paper specifications.
• Contract Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and analyze large volumes of contracts, with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Solid experience in supply chain management, particularly in the context of strategic sourcing and contract disposition.
• Project Management Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
