Responsibilities
Accurately enter membership information into the contract management database system promptly.
Serve as the primary contact for national sales inquiries and maintain detailed data logs.
Establish and maintain new account setups within the financial system accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with distribution centers and regional customer maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve membership issues.
Conduct detailed analysis of late customer setups, identify root causes, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience using SAP and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate or Advanced skills required).
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
