The Provider Contracting Team, as part of USV&A, supports Client by supporting the Coverage and Pricing teams in developing and implementing contract strategies to assist client in its mission to serve patients by enabling access to client products. We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our dynamic and mission critical team.

Requirements
At least three (3) years’ experience in commercial contracting preferably in the pharma or medical device industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Successfully manage own workload under minimal direction
Comfortable working with new systems/technology, specifically a contract life cycle management (CLM) system
Experienced in drafting contracts/notices based upon existing templates
Basic understanding of contracts
Great attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral)
RESPONSBILTIES
Reading and analyzing agreements, amendments, notice letters and other contract documents
Drafting contracts/notices utilizing approved templates and modifying such as needed per the direction of the supervising Contracts Manager
Ensuring the data in the CLM/CPQ system accurately reflects the pricing strategies agreed upon in the executed contract.
Communicating with other cross-functional components of the department in the operation and implementation of the various pricing strategies to confirm understanding of the data being entered into our CLM system
Assisting the supervising Director in the developing of various reports
