Job Summary

The Integris Contracts Administrator (CA) is responsible for overseeing the contracts management function at Integris. They will ensure all contractual agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and strategic objectives and will implement best practices in contract management and negotiation, coordinating with various departments to mitigate risk and support the company's growth and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

Contract and Document Management:

  • Review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and partnership agreements.
  • Implement and maintain a centralized contracts repository for efficient document management and retrieval.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks in contractual agreements and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Team to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain records of litigation and monitor ongoing legal disputes.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Conduct periodic audits of contract processes and documentation to ensure adherence to best practices.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize technology and software solutions to enhance contract management workflows.
  • Continuously assess and improve contract management practices to support business growth and innovation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including legal resources, finance, procurement, and sales teams, to understand and meet their contract-related needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and disputes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and regulatory compliance.

Reporting And Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, and risk to senior management.
  • Analyze contract performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience of corporate contract management experience; preferably with at least 3-5 years in the IT or technology sector.
  • Proficiency with contract management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice and work collaboratively with senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
