Position Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator maintains, monitors and audits contracts to ensure compliance of applicable rules and regulations while supporting Noble's internal and external monitoring processes. The Contract Administrator will work with multiple internal/external stakeholders such as sales teams, corporate services groups, customers, and contracting officers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts
  • Assists with proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Processes contractual reports concerning on-time delivery and order fulfillment; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information regarding contractor performance, contract expenditures, etc. for reporting to management, team members, and customers
  • Monitors contract performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, contract data reporting requirements, and other contractual requirements
  • Provides detailed, accurate analysis of contract terms and conditions
  • Provides support to and works within a team of technical and administrative professionals, providing guidance and advice on contractual obligations and regulations, including the FAR and DFARS


Experience, Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Understanding of government programs, compliance, training, reporting mechanisms, risk prevention, detection and correction, policy and procedure development, and business implementation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Think independently and resolve problems using proactive concepts, techniques, standards, and apply general business acumen as it applies to contract management
  • Analyze situations and exercise sound judgment to determine appropriate course of action
  • Organized with ability to meet deadlines and adjust to various workloads
  • Multi-task in a team-oriented environment


Computer Skills:

  • Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Google platform

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
