About The Role
As a Tech Contract Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement processes for technology-related goods and services. From telecommunications to software and hardware, you'll be at the forefront of managing contractual agreements that drive innovation and success.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison between business units and legal teams, facilitating seamless contract negotiations.
Draft and review a variety of contractual agreements, including master services agreements and statements of work, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Assist in the administration of existing contracts, verifying documentation and ensuring all requirements are met.
Maintain organized contract databases and libraries, ensuring easy access and retrieval of essential information.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience in contract negotiation and management, with a focus on technology contracts preferred.
Strong understanding of telecommunications services, including voice and data networks.
