Reporting to our Team Lead of Contracts, the Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for generating, modifying, and sending of contracts to clients and physicians. You will work closely with our internal delivery teams, physicians, and healthcare facilities nationwide. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position is located on-site at our office in Windham, New Hampshire. After 6 months of employment, there is an opportunity to work from home 1-2x a week.
In this role, you will:
- Compile appropriate information to prepare complete contracts including terms and pricing
- Generate all contracts and check for completeness and compliance with company policies
- Manage the sending and administration of contracts to clients and physicians
- Coordinate modifications and negotiations of contracts between internal and external resources
- Responsible for follow up by phone, email or other means to ensure we receive signed contracts back from clients and physicians
- Maintain database (Bullhorn) used for the tracking/status of contracts for reporting to all business units
- Responsible for reporting back to business units their data regarding contracts

- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks, utilizing time management and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office skills required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
