Elevate is recruiting a Contract Specialist to support our Contracts business unit. As a Contract Specialist, you will work with teams on Contract review projects and with multiple customers.
Specifically, you will
Intake, triage, assign, prepare or review, collect signatures and data, and store corporate contracts.
Review, proofread, and manage execution of contracts on a global basis.
Work closely with the customer's legal team, procurement, and business units to complete requests independently.
Prepare process documents, playbooks, SOPs, and trackers.
Ensure quality of work as per required parameters.
Alert other team members to issues of quality and risk.
Experience
1+ years of relevant experience in substantive transactional contracts support, including reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts such as procurement, sales agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, and other commercial agreements.

Qualifications
Legal or Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
Compensation
The pay rate for this remote-based position type is $80,000-110,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. Anticipated hire will be on the low end of this position range as a junior level associate.
