Controller

One of my most impressive clients, an oil & gas subsidiary of a multi-strategy private investment firm, is looking for a hands on and strategic Controller to join the team. The investment firm is PE focused but also has VC & Hedge Fund arms. They have operations & owned subsidiaries across the globe but a concentration of assets in North America.

The subsidiary is is focused on upstream oil & gas and have both on and offshore assets. Reporting directly to the CFO, they are looking for a Controller to build a highly committed and effective team. This is an entrepreneurial and strategic role, and they need a true business partner to drive the function forward.

Only candidates with upstream oil & gas experience will be considered.

💵Compensation is competitive: base salary range is $270k-$290k + target cash bonus + benefits and flexible for the right candidate - total target cash upwards of $375k.

You are:

• 10+ years of accounting experience in Upstream Oil & Gas
• Upstream & offshore preferred
• CPA highly preferred
