HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Creative Coordinator:

  • Unleash your creativity as you coordinate the development of captivating creative materials and technical setups that lay the foundation for successful campaign launches. Your strategic touch will make campaigns stand out from the crowd.

Budget Virtuoso:

  • Every day, you’ll be tracking budgets against projections and how media is working against key KPIs across campaigns you are focused on, helping ensure that campaigns are on track.

Reporting and Optimization Powerhouse:

  • Regularly deep-dive within campaigns to identify ways we can optimize our media mix, maximizing growth potential and becoming a key part of the story behind a campaign’s success over time.

Industry Guru (In Training):

  • Embark on a journey to become the ultimate industry authority. Dive into the depths of managing prospect email and other non-email channels, emerging as a knowledgeable leader who helps guide both our team and clients through the ever-evolving landscape.

Client Whisperer & Account Champion:

YOUR BACKGROUND

Proven Digital Experience

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience with a brand's internal team or in an agency setting, can include previous internships or contract positions.

Masterful Communication & Collaboration

  • You possess exceptional prowess in both internal team dynamics and external partner engagement. Your ability to articulate ideas, actively listen, and seamlessly navigate collaborative efforts is the cornerstone of fostering productive relationships.

Entrepreneurial Drive

  • An entrepreneurial spirit fuels your unwavering work ethic. Your track record, studded with instances of taking initiative and driving projects from inception to realization, underscores your dedication to success.

Meticulous Precision

Business Acumen

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role. Our company hybrid schedule requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office. The beginning week of each month follows a 4-day schedule for our “Team Collaboration Week”.

ESSENTIALS AND PERKS

  • A competitive salary of $58,500 - $65,000, depending on experience, with annual compensation reviews based on performance
    • Bi-annual bonus pay based on company and individual performance
  • Regular performance reviews and growth path check-ins throughout onboarding and quarterly after that
