Corporate Compliance Officer

Job Summary: The Corporate Compliance Officer at Integral Care will be responsible for leading the organization's compliance and ethics program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Corporate Compliance Officer will collaborate with the executive team and staff to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior, mitigate risk, and ensure the integrity of the organization's operations and services.

This position also provides highly advanced work, direction and guidance throughout the organization in the implementation of corporate compliance board policy. Responsibilities include the development of an organizational compliance work plan, surveillance activities, compliance reviews, development of procedures, guidelines, and training for agency employees. This position also facilitates the development of an organizational culture that promotes the highest integrity in business practices.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, CFR 42 Part 2, and other relevant compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software tools.

Education

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, law, or a related field. Master's degree or Juris Doctor preferred.

Experience

Required:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the behavioral health or healthcare sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to behavioral health services.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.

Workhours: 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary: $117,487 annually.
