Corporate Legal Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is now recruiting for a full-time Corporate Legal Assistant to join an excellent firm in Tampa, Florida! We especially want to hear from those who have at least three (3) years’ experience handling corporate and other transactional work. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, prepare, and e-file legal pleadings
- Maintain calendars and deadlines
- Opening and maintaining case files
- Inputting time and billing
- Manage caseload and clients under the supervision of the attorney(s)
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate and/or transactional experience, required
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail
