Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This position is for a full-time, 100% remote, Telehealth Registered Dietitian. You must be based and reside in Massachusetts. Please do not submit an application if you are not looking for a full-time position. At least two years of legitimate nutrition COUNSELING experience is required.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Dietitian to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain patient relationships: Develop strong connections with patients to ensure they remain engaged and committed to their treatment plans.
  • Set professional boundaries and communicate effectively: Clearly define expectations and limits while fostering open dialogue to support effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess dietary needs based on health and habits: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' dietary requirements, considering their health status and lifestyle choices.
  • Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT): Deliver personalized nutritional interventions grounded in current scientific evidence to address patients' specific health concerns. Counsel an average of 28 patients per week.
  • Document all sessions and correspondence meticulously: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated through ongoing education and research: Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and healthcare practices.
  • Offer clear, effective communication and personalized nutrition plans: Communicate nutrition information clearly and provide tailored dietary recommendations to support patients in achieving their health goals.


Skills/Requirements

  • Proven COUNSELING experience as a registered dietitian (minimum 2 years' experience)
  • CDR card in good standing
  • Passionate about educating patients on long-term behavior change
  • Well-organized with attention to details
  • Empathic and kind personality to build rapport and engage with patients
  • Great understanding of research methods and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and critical thinking
