CT Technologist - 4 - 10 Hour Shifts

AMI is seeking a full time CT Technologist to join the team in the Brick and Wall office locations! This is a great opportunity to join a growing outpatient radiology practice.

The responsibilities of the CT Technologist include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform all computerized axial tomography examinations per departmental policies, as scheduled and upon demand;
  • Perform additional functions including image reconstruction, archiving, filming and other software functions as directed by the Radiologist or as per standard departmental policy; and
  • Any other duties as assigned.

This full time, 40 hour per week position will provide weekly, rotating coverage in the Brick and Wall office locations. The schedule includes four (4) ten (10) hour shifts of 8am-6:30pm on weekdays, with a floating day off during the week. Rotating Saturdays are scheduled as needed for PTO coverage. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

Candidates for this position must be a graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program with current NJ license; registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and CT ARRT Board Certified. Knowledge of and proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy is required. A current & valid CPR/BLS certification is required (must include hands-on instruction) and must be obtained prior to the start of employment. Previous experience or certification in venipuncture preferred for the injection of contrast media via butterfly needle and IV catheter. If not currently trained/certified must be willing to obtain. In-house training will be provided.
