Previous experience in health insurance and data entry is required. SNF experience preferred.
Custodial Case Managers at Guided Care are responsible for submitting Custodial Authorizations to insurance providers for all qualifying patients in their assigned facilities. This entails pulling the patients’ medical charts, records, PASSR and other necessary information. The goal is to obtain authorization in a timely matter ensuring maximum coverage for our patients.
