Won-Door manufactures and installs custom fire, sound, and security accordion door products, and for over 60 years, has been providing unique customized solutions, from the elaborate and state-of-the-art, to the simple corridor of a local school or office next door. Security concerns in particular often weigh heavy on the minds of most facility managers, and especially on the minds of parents, teachers, and even students in schools. Hardening buildings can be challenging both physically and economically while also meeting the required fire and egress plans. Won-Door's security doors are economical, can double as fire doors and are even authorized for use in a means of egress (escape path) without requiring a swing door. Because we work in conjunction with building management systems, cameras, and other security activation devices, we become an integral part of a building’s comprehensive security plan. Each Won-Door can be set up in zones to provide multiple levels of coverage for different scenarios and can be triggered by the push of a button or controlled from a command center as well. This gives the owners the capability to control layers of security such as perimeter reinforcement (lockout) or to add additional stairwell and hallway compartmentalization for an extreme event (lockdown).

The Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the department management in the development and maintenance of data related to pipeline growth. This includes research of security incidents and opportunities, as well as support with planning and execution for the entire team.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research (and even call) to verify and develop information relative to security incidents and new job opportunities.
• Support the department management in the processing and reporting of information and opportunities.
• Plan to achieve deadlines, and to meet goals and expectations.
• Execute plans and utilize recommended resources to optimize efficiency.
• Review each effort and adjust as necessary.
• Document and improve from what is learned.
• Support maintenance of CRM and Pipeline documentation to ensure accuracy and to populate reports.
• Enhance organizational skills (this is key to Quality).
• Maintain positive communication by keeping an optimistic attitude.
• Verify key individuals and information relevant to job opportunities.
• Support event coordination and scheduling.
• Support creation of educational tools (presentations, videos, etc.), to help develop effective media.
• Develop and document job opportunities, including through the use of provided tools such as:
• SchoolBondFinder
• Dodge Construction Network
• CRM records
• Provided historic job and pipeline opportunity lists
  

Qualifications

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert in MS Office products (Including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with CRM management.
• Works well with social media tools such as LinkedIn, etc.
• An ability to be a team player, while also having a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and remotely.
• Excellent time management, oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must.
