The Customer Experience Project Manager, incorporating the responsibilities of a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), is tasked with engaging project sponsors and stakeholders to determine the project's scope, objectives, and requirements. This hybrid role involves crafting the project charter, directing project communication, and overseeing the balance of project constraints including cost, time, scope, and quality. This position mandates a proactive approach to learning, adapting, and refining Customer Experience systems to reduce redundancy and enhance productivity.
As a vital member of the Customer Experience team, this combined Project Manager and BSA role is instrumental in driving system automation, process optimization, and delivering an improved customer experience. This enhanced function entails not just managing but also analyzing and redesigning workflows and systems to align with strategic goals.
What Do You Need?
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
3 - 5 years of professional experience in project management, Required
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Project Management certification required. Examples include the PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Other Agile certifications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, or other Project Management software.
Knowledge of agile or lean methodologies.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints.
Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice.
Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect.
Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries.
