Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Sales Representative at Crown Exteriors. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:

• Become an industry expert at construction restoration & sales
• Conduct property inspections
• Become proficient in reporting and generating work orders
• Attend all meetings scheduled by the Sales Manager and Crown Exteriors leadership
• Nurture customers throughout the sales process
• Meet monthly revenue requirements.
• Sign preliminary contracts with clients
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Maintain a positive and open line of communication with your customers throughout their relationship with Crown Exteriors

Compensation

• W2 position
• Salary + Commission + Incentives

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
