Job Responsibilities

Provide outstanding account service and cultivate successful customer relationships.

Listen attentively to customer needs, offering consultative solutions tailored to their requirements.

Demonstrate and support our solutions effectively to customers when necessary.

Identify opportunities for account growth by following up on orders, conducting collection analysis for upsell opportunities, and building robust relationships across various touchpoints.

Collaborate with the Account Development Manager to ensure the well-being of assigned customer accounts.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer relationships.

Coordinate with dedicated Customer Service Assistants to ensure timely resolution of Zendesk tickets within contractual SLAs.

Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and projects concurrently.

Maintain thorough documentation of all customer communications through Zendesk.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a SaaS Customer Service or Account Executive.

Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Demonstrated understanding and success in B2B sales processes.

Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of assigned accounts.

Advanced proficiency in ZenDesk, Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Zoom, and Slack.

Strong multitasking abilities across various software systems and customer interactions.
