Delight our clients with exceptional service via email, phone, and chat. Assist clients with booking, managing itineraries, and resolving any issues during their travels.
Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and travel goals. Offer personalized recommendations and destination insights to elevate their travel experiences.
Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and travel partners. Keep clients informed about updates and travel advisories.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues to ensure stress-free travel experiences.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on destinations and services. Expand knowledge to better serve our diverse clientele.
Documentation: Accurately record client interactions and feedback in our systems to facilitate efficient follow-up.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Previous Experience In Customer Service, Hospitality, Or Travel Preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software; CRM experience is advantageous.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
