We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team developing and implementing our marketing campaigns throughout the local area. The Customer Service Assistant will receive comprehensive training on customer service, all retail marketing strategies, tailored product messaging, brand management ,how to educate and engage consumers on client’s products and services and reporting the results back to the management team.
Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:
Learn and retain pertinent product knowledge for our brands
Follow retail partners guidelines
Execute campaign setups, maintenance, and breakdowns
Efficiently communicate information to clients and consumers
Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
1-2 years of sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred
Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to apply constructive feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment
