We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement following mandatory in-office training at our Las Vegas manufacturing facility for 4-6 weeks.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
Enter customer orders and various data into our ERP system
Communicate with customers regarding production orders
Review and update data entries in the system
Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
Report any data-related issues to supervisors
Qualifications
Proficiency in computer skills is essential
Strong Typing Skills Are Required
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
