Job Description:

Modisoft, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall growth of the company and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will oversee the customer service department, coordinate activities, and provide feedback on administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in reviewing financial statements, customer review reports, and other performance data to measure overall company growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the customer service department to ensure representatives complete their assigned tasks.
  • Provide feedback on administrative activities directly related to providing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform personnel functions, including training and evaluation, as needed by the President of the company at the customer service department.
  • Establish and implement department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in collaboration with the CEO, other department managers, and employees.
  • Assist with preparation of work schedules and assignments for employees in the Customer Service department.
  • Prepare for weekly and monthly meetings with the CEO and other department managers to review business plans and goals for the week and month.
  • Run weekly and monthly meetings with the Customer Service department to ensure activities within the department align with company goals.


Special Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Adobe Systems.


Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
