The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for overseeing customer service activities related to Revian's medical devices. The ideal candidate will take a lead role on the front lines of our team, interacting with individual users of Revian’s products as well as Doctors and their office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer service function to ensure exceptional support for Revian's customers and Doctor Affiliates.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the Revian product as well as Revian’s relevant processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance, to address customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and resources for customer support representatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare, engineering).
- Familiarity or willingness to learn the requirements for FDA-regulated medical device support.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
