Responsibilities
Responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.
Offer detailed information about products, services, and policies
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and feedback is communicated.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges.
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree required (minimum)
Proven understanding of fundamental call center metrics and performance management techniques
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and phone skills
Bachelors degree with 1-2 years of exp or Associates degree with 3-4 YOE in providing customer support.
Must have experience in tracking shipments from the vendors directly and providing an update to customers.
Prior knowledge in healthcare or biotech industry
