Essential Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process by educating customers and recommending solutions tailored to their financial needs.
Manage customer accounts efficiently by processing payments and coordinating customer appointments.
Contribute to company growth by fostering business partnerships, generating referrals, and actively participating in store and community events.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive new business, ensure store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals using our assessment tool.
Enter and maintain customer data in our Point of Sale system with precision and integrity.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Use your personal vehicle for bank deposits and other company business (with mileage reimbursement).
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team goals.
Leverage strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
Work Schedule
This full-time position requires a minimum of 38 hours per week, including limited Saturday hours. Regular in-person attendance is essential.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with phone systems, Point of Sale software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work-related use
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Ability to pass a criminal background check, including a motor vehicle report
Physical ability to remain stationary, move freely inside and outside the store, and operate office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required in certain locations)
