About The Position
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning hospitality company. As a trailblazer in the industry, we're known for our exceptional standards and achievements. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
What You'll Do
- Be the welcoming face of our company, creating memorable experiences for customers
- Exceed guest expectations through seamless reservation and sales processes
- Respond to inquiries with empathy and provide solution-focused support
- Ensure booking quality and accuracy to maintain product integrity
- Guide guests through their entire journey, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
- Quote prices, explain payment terms, and promote sales through personalized outreach
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs
- Identify opportunities to promote vacations based on customers' travel history and preferences
- Provide regular updates and deliver exceptional pre- and post-travel customer service
- Stay informed about our company, industry trends, and destinations
- Efficiently manage multiple databases and computer systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of effective communication with internal and external customers
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Comfort with making outbound calls
- Location requirement: Must be based in Utah
