What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face of our company, creating memorable experiences for customers
Exceed guest expectations through seamless reservation and sales processes
Respond to inquiries with empathy and provide solution-focused support
Ensure booking quality and accuracy to maintain product integrity
Guide guests through their entire journey, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
Quote prices, explain payment terms, and promote sales through personalized outreach
Build strong customer relationships by understanding individual needs
Identify opportunities to promote vacations based on customers' travel history and preferences
Provide regular updates and deliver exceptional pre- and post-travel customer service
Stay informed about our company, industry trends, and destinations
Efficiently manage multiple databases and computer systems
What We're Looking For
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles (strongly preferred)
Proven track record of effective communication with internal and external customers
Sales experience (preferred)
Comfort with making outbound calls
Location requirement: Must be based in Utah
