Job Description

RemX has an immediate opportunity for a First Notice of Loss Customer Service Representative.

Shifts: 9 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday during training. Hours after training will be 9:30-5:30 or 10 - 6. Requires working 4 Saturday's a year.

Onsite for 90 days. After knowledge evaluation you will be eligible to work hybrid.

This position takes the first notice of loss report by telephone, email and or fax through an automated system.

  • Take new loss reports from customers via telephone.
  • Verify coverage and determined course of action.
  • Triage the claims to provide exceptional service.
  • Assign claims to appropriate claims handler.
  • Enter faxed claims into automated systems.
  • Assist Insured's, Claimants, and Agents regarding questions or problems associated with claims.
  • Document claims files and maintain control of work.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years call center customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Great attendance track record
