Job Title: Customer Solutions Advisor
Reporting to: Customer Solutions Manager
Location: Miami
Type: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Purpose:
The Customer Solutions Advisor is responsible for generating new business from both existing and new customers. The primary focus is on increasing sales through quoting and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Quotations:
- Generate quotes on time with appropriate profit margins.
- Ensure timely and accurate quote generation.
- Follow up on quotes to convert them into confirmed jobs.
- Involve the relevant team members for complex opportunities.
Quote Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date log of all quotes.
- Assist in analyzing the quote log to track success rates and report on trends.
- Develop strategies to improve based on analysis.
- Identify customers who may benefit from contracted rates.
- Pass leads to the Customer Solutions team.
Account Management:
- Visit key client sites as needed.
- Identify and investigate new business opportunities.
- Use the CRM system to record customer interactions and opportunities.
- Re-engage customers who have stopped using our services and target those with declining engagement.
Contract Management:
- Ensure contract documentation is accurate and professional.
- Complete necessary documentation within required timeframes.
- Review all contractual agreements before committing.
Pricing Administration:
- Present margin analysis and support decision-making.
- Maintain a consistent pricing administration process.
- Manage the central database for costing.
- Serve as the point of contact for pricing inquiries.
Market Analysis:
- Report on industry trends, competitor activity, and market forces.
Personal Attributes:

- Strong communication skills and experience in building relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in logistics and customer-facing roles.
- Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of relevant industry software.
- Compliance with industry regulations.
