Salary - $90k - $140k
Plexus has partnered with a crypto accounting and web3 company who are on the hunt for a Customer Success Engineer.
An enterprise grade accounting, audit and treasury management platform. They are by far the most robust being able to manage data across 160+ blockchains. Currently supporting companies such as Coinbase, Binance.US, Figment, Polychain, Alchemy, LayzerZero and many more.
Responsibilities
Master the product to support customers
Provide hands-on guidance for technical issues
Deliver solutions for technical issues
Manage client’s technical issues
Requirements
3 Years experience in the crypto space
Understanding major blockchains and DeFi (including Solana, Cosmos and ETH)
Track record solving customer issues in troubleshooting
Able to be hands on with scripting (Python or similar)
