Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented East Coast Customer Success Manager with a passion for retail technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer satisfaction within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of menswear and womenswear design, construction and fit, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize customer interactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers and in-store partners by understanding and anticipating their needs, providing recommendations, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of trends, product features (both in garment construction and our technology product), and brand offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and tailor recommendations to customer preferences.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute territory-specific strategic plans to maximize revenue opportunities and expand market reach. Store visits for continued education, fitting support and relationship building will be required.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Education: Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to drive adoption and maximize customer success.
  • Utilization of Technology: Leverage technology tools and platforms to streamline sales processes, track customer interactions, quickly resolve customer issues and optimize efficiency.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion/Merchandising or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in menswear sales or a related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and territory management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms, including CRM software, Customer Support tools, Google Suite, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated East Coast territory 70% of the time.
