We are working on a fun Customer Success/Operations Lead role with one of our incredible startup clients in the Healthcare/Employee Benefits space. If you're someone with EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail, has ample SaaS/Tech experience, is proficient with ICHRA, and has worked in this niche space before, you'll make a great fit.
In this role you will oversee multi-stakeholder processes, including enrolling employees in coverage, establishing onboarding protocols, coordinating with insurance carriers, managing payments, and addressing various customer needs.
