Job Summary
 Receive and handle inquiries, purchase orders and claims from customers.
 Create and send open orders reports to customers.
 Maintains and manages relationships with new and existing clients to provide them
with products and services that fit client's needs.
General Accountabilities
 Process orders from customers for full container loads and warehouse releases.
 Place orders to factory for batteries, labels, and all other material.
 Assist Sales Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other
client related requests.
 Coordinate with customer to create, update, and revise artwork per
customer specifications.
 Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
 Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
 Assigns goals to be met at specific time intervals.
 Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
 Resolves customer concerns.
 Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
 Minimum Education: Associate's Degree is preferred.
 Minimum Experience: One (1) years of related experience preferred.

 Must possess effective time-management skills.
 Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.
 Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
 Must possess the knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer
and personal services.
 Must possess basic knowledge of the language and terminologies used in this
occupation.
 Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Order Processing
 Receives & confirms orders from customers either via phone, email, or fax.
 Enters orders into order processing software.
 Monitors and maintains inventory level.
 Knows how to contract truckers to deliver goods to the customer and track shipments
for order status.
 Create progress reports and quarterly reports.
 Invoicing of goods from order processing software.
 Knows how to handle and accommodate general & special requests from customers.
 Ability to multitask with excellent organization skills.
