Customer Support Engineer

The candidate will work with industry leading AI computer vision software products that solve real world problems in the security industry. You will have an opportunity to make advances creating breakthrough AI software products.

 

Customer support and troubleshooting, configuration, testing of IronYun AI video analytics software.


·        Bachelor/Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field.

·        Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting skills required.

·        Customer friendly and good verbal and written communication skills required.

·        A fast learner with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.

·        Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

·        Basic knowledge of networking required.

·        Knowledge of Linux a plus.

·        Knowledge of server hardware a plus.

·        Knowledge of Python, PHP, or HTML/CSS/JavaScript a plus.
