Gymnastics Instructor

Role Summary

Tatum Collective, a children's arts and athletics enrichment company, is currently seeking a candidate for both Dance and Gymnastic instruction for Northwest Arkansas. This role is a part-time independent-contractor position. However, lots of class opportunities exist. Tatum Collective instructors travel to area schools and learning centers to conduct classes. This is not a studio position, as Tatum Collective is a 100% on-site company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well being of all students
• Account for all students via attendance on our online platform
• Follow and deliver Tatum Collective curriculum to students as provided
• Prepare students for performances
• Provide feedback regarding classes to TC management
• Provide a fun and exciting environment

Qualifications

• A genuine love of children that shows in your work. If you do not posses this, DO NOT APPLY.
• 4 year degree or equivalent experience in dance preferred. We will consider candidates that are currently pursuing their degree, and even those who possess all of the right attributes but are without that credential.
• 3 years of teaching experience preferred. Strong classroom management and childhood development knowledge is also preferred.
• Punctuality
• Ability to self start and work independently
• A "can do" attitude.

Contractor Pay

Varies with experience. We are a market leader in compensation for qualified candidates.
