Data Analytics & Reporting Associate

Join our Boston office as part of the Data, Analytics, and Performance Reporting team. Your main responsibility will be cash reconciliation, setting up, analyzing, and reporting investment product data. You'll contribute to quarterly performance reporting and collaborate on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily cash flows and resolve discrepancies.
• Source, calculate, and report pooled vehicle performance.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in central systems.
• Develop standard client-facing reporting templates.
• Document monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting procedures.
• Collaborate on internal projects to improve reporting efficiency.
• Handle ad hoc performance reporting for client and business needs.

Data Management and Analytics:

• Collect and update critical data for investment products.
• Maintain research data sets and develop automation tools.
• Create rapid solutions for custom data requests using visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in reconciliations or investment performance reporting.
• Must have a background with Cash Reconciliation
• Interest in finance and investment data.
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail.
• SQL, Python, and PowerBI experience is a plus.
