The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data in the database systems and spreadsheets. Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into database systems and spreadsheets. Verify and correct data to ensure its integrity and accuracy. Organize and maintain digital and physical files. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies. Strictly follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines. Conduct data cleaning to remove duplicate or outdated information. Assist with administrative tasks as required. Requirements Previous experience in data entry or a similar position. Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database software. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to generate basic reports and data analysis. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
