Role Description
Seeking Data Entry Specialist who can work effectively from home for roughly 35 hours/week. Ideal hours would be be 8 am-2 pm or 9 am-3pm Monday to Friday. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in designated database, assigning and managing cases, verifying the accuracy and completeness of data, and performing regular data audits. The role also includes providing administrative assistance, ensuring that data is organized and accessible, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
Maintain data integrity by following company procedures and standards.
Perform regular data backups to secure data.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
