Salary: Ten months (202 days) per contract year and appropriate placement on the Certified Instructor Salary Schedule. The work calendar is subject to change based on any Board approved revisions that may or may not be Permanent.

Conditions of Employment: Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and, upon an offer of employment, complete an Employee’s Statement of Health and submit to a functional capacity evaluation at the District’s expense to determine ability to perform job-related functions and fitness for duty. Any offer of employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of all background, criminal, and reference investigations. . Education And Experience Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching License or Administrator License preferred
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of instructional programs through data review; i.e. student-related data, walk-throughs, feedback from parents, etc.
- Expansion of job shadow/work experience/internship opportunities for students.
- Review of current course offerings for gifted and talented students.
- Seek additional grant opportunities for program development.
- Expand student recognition programs; i.e. volunteer recognition – both in the school setting and the community setting.
- Guide the professional learning process for the high school faculty to become a Professional Learning Community.
- Facilitate collaborative efforts to seek additional resources and materials to provide mental health services to students.
