Provide support to members by investigating and resolving fraud/dispute claims with extreme accuracy and timeliness according to Visa, Visa Debit Processing Service (DPS), MasterCard, FDR and Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Federal Regulation E and Z), to mitigate risk of financial loss to the credit union and maintain a high-level of member service to cardholders.

Positions available for M-F 8:30pm-5:30pm and 4on/4off rotation which includes weekends and holidays. This position requires the employee to be in the office, with the potential for some remote work. This is not a 100% remote position.
