  • Job Title: Decision Analytics Consultant
  • Type: Full Time
  • Location: REMOTE - Anywhere in US or Ontario, Canada. Must be available to work East Coast hours.Responsibilities:
  • Building seamless connectivity between diverse components in Gen AI pipelines.
  • Optimizing workflows and contributing to front-end interface development.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies in ML deployment area.
  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering for Gen AI pipelines implementation.
  • Fine tuning LLM models using software engineering techniques.
  • Experience with Langchain, Llamaindex framework.
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end orchestration solutions for AI pipelines.
  • Developing connectors and interfaces for different AI components.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for data flow integration.
  • Implementing optimization techniques for AI pipelines.
  • Assisting in development of front-end interfaces like UIs and API connections.
  • Working with UX\/UI designers for creating intuitive interfaces.
  • Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, database engineers for technical solutions.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Gen AI \u2013 Models, Development, Scalability & Deployment.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in team.Soft Skills:
  • Strong work ethic and quality-driven.

  • Bachelor's\/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science\/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred.
  • Experience in managing clients directly.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to work.
  • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment.
  • Understands cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe.
