Job Title: Desktop Support Technician II

Location: Rockville, MD

Duration: 2 Months + (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate: $26/Hourly/W2

Description

  • Deskside support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed.
  • Imaging, wiping, configuring, and troubleshooting laptop and desktop Windows and Mac computers; troubleshooting smartphones (mostly iPhones, some Androids) and tablets (iPads); creating incident tickets for work performed and monitoring an incident queue; hands and feet network support.
