Compensation: $110-125k (DOE)

Location: REMOTE

DevOps Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and manages scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and delivery process.
  • Monitors and optimizes system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborates closely with the development team to ensure adherence to best practices in infrastructure.
  • Acts as the Software Code Release manager for the IT team.
  • Manages container orchestration platforms.
  • Implements and oversees logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
  • Provides expertise as a subject matter expert to assist with incident management resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Participates in on-call rotations to support production environments.
  • Tracks and evaluates emerging trends and advancements in DevOps and systems technologies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong AWS and Azure experience.
  • Practical experience utilizing infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security standards.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodologies.
  • Strong background in on prem and Cloud infrastructure
  • Strong Windows and Linux experience
  • Security experience
