Position reports to:  Production Manager


 


Summary:    


 


To set up and operate assigned assets with minimal assistance or supervision.  To work safety, complete and record all attributing throughout production run.

Requirements:


 



  • Excellent communication skills

  • Mechanical background preferred

  • Commitment to safety and quality

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Positive attitude and strong desire to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and comply with customer deadlines

  • Ability to achieve and sustain performance expectations

  • Ability to work overtime as required

  • Shift preference will be taken into consideration, but must be flexible with shift assignments.

  • Physical Requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 75 pounds
