We act as a high-touch agency, managing the growth of digital marketing channels, and as a consultancy, advising across all aspects of our client’s customer acquisition program. We are ultimately responsible for our client’s digital marketing investment and the growth of their customer acquisition program.

Role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist/Analyst (entry level) with internships or 1 year of direct experience. This team member will be responsible for executing customer acquisition strategies, daily and weekly reporting, writing creative briefs, and market, keyword, and audience research across Paid Search & Paid Social.
Requirements:
Prior Internships or 1 year of experience in social media and/or digital marketing
Basic understanding of Paid Social (FB/IG) and Paid Search campaigns
Understanding of basics of social media optimization
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets (Pivot Tables, vlookups, Formula Creation)
Highly analytical and strong data interpretation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
Working knowledge of digital conversion rates optimization methods such as AB and multivariate testing a plus
Experience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site-analytics & user behavior a plus
Creative development experience is a huge plus
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics encouraged
Responsibilities:
Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each respective client
Launch, manage & optimize campaigns on (but not limited too) Facebook, Instagram, Google & Bing
Research, source, and manage creative marketing assets for the respective marketing campaigns
Launch A/B & multivariate tests across creatives, landing pages
Partner with the Sr. team to own the end to end development of strategy & execution
Provide the Sr. team your strategy & recommendations
