This role operates on a hybrid schedule. Candidates must be able to commute to D.C.
Responsibilities
Create, manage, and implement marketing strategies across multiple channels (i.e., newsletters, client outreach, publications, social media, etc.)
Lead video content creation (i.e., directing, creating shot list, etc.)
Develop and manage the content calendar
Create marketing content including newsletters, blogs, text, images, videos, and graphics
Monitor and respond to emails, comments, messages, and mentions
Address customer inquiries and issues through social media channels
Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates
Analyze data to gain insights and inform future marketing strategies and campaigns
Provide regular reports to management on social media and marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements
Write newsletters as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating compelling visual content; portfolio is preferred
Video content creation skills
Ability to travel nationwide for content shoots as needed
