Position Title: Digital Systems Coordinator

Location Information: Hybrid-Dallas

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date digital payment information across all digital platforms
• Set up and activate digital platforms for New Store Openings
• Troubleshoot reported issues on digital channels
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base documentation
• Collaborate with external vendors on app related problems
• Effective use of Root Cause Analysis techniques to make constant improvements to the app
